Standard delivery is free for all orders to
US, CA, AU & UK. The discount applies automatically at the checkout.
During peak seasons and promotional sales,
delivery might take a little longer.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
5-10 business days
Additional Shipping Cost: $15
The cost applies
automatically at the checkout when you select the “Express Shipping” option.

WHERE DOES FIXDJI DELIVER?
US: We ship orders to all 48 contiguous U.S. states Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, or Alaska and Hawaii.
CA: We ship orders to all provinces within Canada Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or remote locations.
AU: We ship orders to major delivery areas within Australia Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, remote locations, or certain far-off islands
outside the Australian continent.
UK: We ship orders to major delivery areas within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) Monday – Friday,
excluding public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, remote locations, or British Overseas Territories.
HOW
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment
an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be
processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer
during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will
send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link
to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the
tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order
in your account.
TAX AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according
to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you
select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times
and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a DDP
(Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties
will be included in the product price.
